If you already take a few supplements, you’ve probably wondered whether one all-in-one powder could replace them. Then you start searching, open a few tabs, and they all seem to promise much the same thing in a single scoop.
Comparing them is harder than it looks. Some list every dose, while others group ingredients into blends or leave amounts out.
So how does the Comprehensive Longevity Stack compare with other longevity powders and building your own stack?
How Do All-in-One Longevity Supplements Compare at a Glance?
Of the 6 longevity powders we reviewed, none contained NR, and our Stack had the highest amounts of creatine, CoQ10 and glutathione. The others are built around different ingredients, such as glycine, taurine, calcium alpha-ketoglutarate and NMN.
The table compares the Stack, per serving, with the 6 all-in-one powders we reviewed, available to European and international customers, using their published labels.
| Comprehensive Longevity Stack | The 6 other longevity powders | |
|---|---|---|
| NAD+ precursor | 300 mg NR | 0 to 600 mg NMN |
| Creatine | 5 g | 0 to 2.5 g |
| CoQ10 | 200 mg | 0 to 100 mg |
| Glutathione | 500 mg | 0 to 300 mg |
| Hyaluronic acid | 200 mg | 0 to 120 mg |
| Glycine | 0 | 1.1 to 3 g |
| Calcium alpha-ketoglutarate | 0 | 0 to 2 g |
| Every dose listed | Yes | Not always |
A higher dose isn’t necessarily more effective, and NR and NMN can’t be compared dose for dose. Ingredients inside blends without a stated amount aren’t counted. Our Stack also contains L-theanine, spermidine, magnesium and vitamins D, K2 and B, as shown in the full breakdown of every ingredient and dose.
How Does It Compare With Other Longevity Powders?
The 6 longevity powders we reviewed fall into 3 broad groups. Amino acid–based powders are built around glycine and calcium alpha-ketoglutarate, and some add a smaller dose of creatine. NMN-based powders pair NMN with plant compounds such as resveratrol, quercetin and fisetin. All-in-one blends combine longevity compounds with a wide range of vitamins, botanicals and probiotics, and some group ingredients into blends that show only a total weight.
Is It Better Than Buying Each Ingredient Separately?
You could build a similar routine from single supplements, but covering everything in the Stack would take around 10 products: NR, CoQ10, creatine, magnesium glycinate, glutathione, hyaluronic acid, spermidine, L-theanine, vitamin D3 with K2, and a B complex.
