Augment Life was founded in 2022 by Thomas Hillard in Berlin, Germany. While exploring longevity science, Thomas sought supplements backed by human clinical research—showing potential to enhance energy, cognition, and recovery. Yet, he found many brands unreliable. Testing products in labs, he discovered the quality didn’t match the labels.

What set these new studies apart was their focus on sirtuins—proteins key to DNA repair and cellular health. By linking autophagy with pathways like mTOR and AMPK, the case for healthy lifespan strengthened. Still, most supplements claiming to activate these pathways were dubious.

As a serial entrepreneur, Thomas created a brand built on transparency. From the start, he prioritized sustainability, choosing eco-friendly paper containers and glass—never plastic. To this day, Augment Life uses no plastic in its packaging.

Augment Life began small and grew—partnering with academic biotechnologists to ensure efficacy. Now, with over 80 supplements across Europe and North America, it remains committed not just to supplements, but to all aspects of a healthy lifestyle—diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, and more.
