Spermidine - 3 mg x 120 capsules

Spermidine is a natural polyamine found in small amounts in our bodies, and foods like wheat and soybeans. On a molecular level, spermidine supports the process of autophagy, which is the cellular way of getting all the waste flushed out. Because this process slows down as we age, taking spermidine supports longevity, reduces inflammation, and prevents age-related diseases from developing¹. A study of more than 800 participants showed that taking higher doses of spermidine through supplements prolongs the human lifespan and decreases the risk of mortality². Spermidine is usually taken in daily doses of 6 mg, and considered safe to use, even though doses of up to 10 mg are also well-tolerated³.
