Cholecalciferol (D3) is a type of vitamin D, and the one your skin produces naturally from sunlight. Vitamin K2 is a subgroup of vitamin K that is produced by bacteria and found in fermented foods. A combination of vitamins D3 and K2 is ideal for supporting immune, bone, teeth, muscle, and heart health.
