Trans-resveratrol is a naturally occurring polyphenol found in the skin of grapes, berries, and peanuts. It is the most studied and bioactive form of resveratrol and is known for its antioxidant properties and its role in supporting cellular health.
Piperine, a compound extracted from black pepper, is added to support better absorption of resveratrol. Resveratrol on its own has low bioavailability, meaning only a small amount is absorbed. Piperine helps improve how efficiently the body can use it.
It means the trans-resveratrol used in this product is highly refined and standardized, with minimal impurities. This ensures consistent quality and accurate dosing in every capsule.
If you are new to resveratrol, start with the 130 mg capsules and take 1 capsule per day.
If you already have experience with resveratrol or prefer less frequent dosing, you may choose a higher-strength option and take it only on selected days. Higher-dose capsules should be spaced out across the week.
When in doubt, starting lower and increasing gradually is the safest approach.
