In še to - že rahlo zmanjšanje vnosa vode, na primer za 3 ali 4 odstotke, lahko takoj vpliva na ravnovesje tekočin v možganih. To lahko povzroči simptome, kot so utrujenost, glavoboli, meglenje možganov, nihanje razpoloženja in zmanjšanje ravni energije.

Ampak brez skrbi! Dobra novica je, da lahko učinke dehidracije obrnete v samo nekaj dneh preprosto s tem, da pijete več vode. Splošno pravilo je, da pijete osem 8-unčnih kozarcev vode na dan, kar ustreza približno dvema litroma.
