За L-левцин

L-левцинът е есенциална разклонена аминокиселина, която се среща в храни като яйца, сирене, бобови растения, постно месо или семена, и помага за изграждането на протеини и мускули в тялото ни. След този период участниците, приемали добавки с левцин, отбелязват значително увеличение на силата и мускулния обем, както и намаляване на възпалението (нива на протеин CRP).
