  • A napi kétszer 500 mg NR 6 héten keresztül jelentősen egészségesebbé tette a résztvevők szívét az aorta merevségének csökkentésével, és növelte a vér NAD+ szintjét, amint azt Martens et al., 2017 is kimutatta.
  • Remie et al. felfedezte, hogy a napi 1000 mg NR dózis 6 héten keresztül növelte a vázizomzat NAD+ metabolitjainak szintjét, befolyásolta a vázizomzat acetilkarnitin anyagcseréjét, és kismértékben pozitív hatással volt a testösszetételre és az alvási anyagcsere sebességre egészséges túlsúlyos vagy elhízott férfiaknál és nőknél (Remie et al., 2020).
