Magnesium Glycinate is a chelated form of magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine. This form is known for its high bioavailability and gentle effect on digestion, making it suitable for daily use.
Each capsule contains 800 mg of Magnesium Glycinate, providing 160 mg of elemental magnesium, which equals 20 percent elemental magnesium. The elemental amount is what your body actually uses.
Magnesium glycinate is often taken in the evening, as it is commonly used to support relaxation and sleep quality. It can also be taken earlier in the day for general magnesium support.
