  • A thorough review of 19 studies on the effects of collagen peptides on women from 20 to 70 years old found that collagen does significantly improve skin elasticity and hydration while improving the appearance of wrinkles (Miranda et al. 2021). 
  • Collagen supplementation contributes to enhanced skin hydration, elasticity, roughness, and density, as demonstrated in a randomized, placebo-controlled study (Bolke et al., 2019)
