Han har varit medgrundare av företag som stöds av investerare, bland annat en onlineplattform för läkare och patienter i Gerany, VD för ett USA-baserat företag som utförde tester i hemmet och som även sålde kosttillskott, och är den ursprungliga grundaren av Augment Life. Thomas har en Bachelor of Arts och en MBA.
