Rodzaje suplementów kreatynowych

Monohydrat kreatyny

Monohydrat kreatyny to zwykła, oryginalna kreatyna, którą ludzie stosują od dziesięcioleci. Nadal jest to najczęściej sprzedawany produkt kreatynowy, który jest bardzo skuteczny, a jednocześnie niedrogi.1

Mikronizowana kreatyna

Mikronizowana kreatyna to w zasadzie monohydrat kreatyny, w którym cząsteczki są pocięte lub podzielone na mniejsze kawałki (około 20 razy mniejsze), czyli mikronizowane, co skutkuje większą powierzchnią i sprzyja szybszemu wchłanianiu do organizmu.

Może to również pomóc w zmniejszeniu dolegliwości żołądkowych u niektórych użytkowników.2

Ester etylowy kreatyny

W tej postaci kreatyna jest związana z solami estrowymi, które, jak się uważa, zwiększają jej biodostępność.

Jednak w badaniu porównującym suplementację estrem etylowym kreatyny i monohydratem kreatyny stwierdzono, że ester etylowy kreatyny nie przynosi żadnych dodatkowych korzyści w zakresie zwiększenia siły mięśniowej lub wydajności.3

Kreatyna w płynie

Jest to gotowa do spożycia forma suplementu kreatyny. Jednak badania sugerują, że jest ona mniej skuteczna niż monohydrat kreatyny.4

Chlorowodorek kreatyny

Jest to forma kreatyny, w której kreatyna jest związana z kwasem chlorowodorowym. Zyskała popularność ze względu na swoją wysoką rozpuszczalność, która jest około 38 razy wyższa niż w przypadku monohydratu kreatyny.5

Jednakże, ponieważ chlorowodorek kreatyny jest stosunkowo nową formą kreatyny, nadal nie ma badań na ludziach, które mogłyby to potwierdzić.

Podsumowanie

Monohydrat kreatyny jest najlepszą formą kreatyny. Jest to forma stosowana w większości badań naukowych i wszystkie pozytywne efekty, które kojarzymy ze stosowaniem kreatyny, np. wzrost siły mięśniowej, rozmiaru i mocy, można osiągnąć dzięki temu rodzajowi kreatyny.6-8
